Challenging programme timescales, combined with tight site logistics means that the project has had to be sequenced very carefully with concurrent works planned in detail. The site is in a CBD location with a primary school opposite, and a mix of residential and commercial properties adjacent. This has meant
ongoing liaison with neighbours as essential to ensure minimal disruption to the existing tenants and their daily routine. The local Authority has also taken an interest in the scheme due to existing trees and the proximity of their new offices, which has added to the scheme becoming somewhat under the spotlight. The team involved are dedicated and driven to maintain the programme whilst ensuring there is not a negative impact to the micro and macro environments of the area.
