New Build and Conversion of industrial premises into 48 student bedrooms, configured into 6 town houses.

Previously the existing building was used as a gym. The new building is being turned into a three storey 48 student bedrooms with communal kitchens and lounges.
Works Carried out:
■ Demolition of 70% of the building to enable the new rebuild and extension
■ Blockwork, cavity fill insulation, traditional timber roof with sky lights and smoke vents, UPVC windows, Gas central heating, external render and paving.
Long standing Relationship with the Client.
The scheme is next to Worcester railway line bridge in the centre of town. Negotiations took place
with Network Rail to obtain the relevant licences. Neighbours who rent the garages in the arch’s were kept informed of the building progress.
