Approached by JLL due to previous relationship’s, we were asked to create a solution to JLL’s needs on-time and within budget.
Internal and external strip out and partial demolition of a 3 story office block. This building has been converted into 17 luxury apartments including new façade, car park & Landscaping.
Contracted to carry out the refurbishment works with the stipulation that the project could not overrun as planning would be lost. JLL required a trusted partner to help them deliver this scheme on-time and to budget.
Torsion Group delivered this scheme on-time and with the clients budget.
Due to structural requirements the demolition of certain parts of the ground floor could not be carried out until 5 weeks after the programme stipulated date, works previously qualified out by ourselves. Understanding the clients risk of losing planning and with great effort from the site team, we were able to re-programme and install all these works through to completion without jeopardising the clients required completion date.
